Shipping Policy

Most items ship within 1-3 days and include tracking and insurance at no additional charge except keychains and incense trays. Keychains and incense trays ship without tracking or insurance and will have a "tracking number" which is actually a parcel number and will not work for tracking purposes. For those items, tracking and insurance is available at an additional charge.

When you receive your order confirmation and the tracking number does not work, it means you've selected the Free Ship or "no tracking/insurance" option. If you prefer to add tracking and insurance to your order and it has not yet shipped, contact us and we can arrange to add tracking and insurance. An additional fee will apply for the additional services of tracking and insurance.
